I recently started walking again as I'm in between jobs. After almost a year of a sedentary lifestyle, because of work at home job with hours ranging from 60-110 hours a week - I'm really out of shape. I started walking the dog out at the park, wearing my "hiking shoes" since they're all that I have currently for the dirt. Needless to say, I was miserable for the first week or two. Blisters on my feet and leg cramps beyond belief. My friend turned me on to these, I figured why not. I was skeptical at first since they fit multiple sizes - but it was fairly easy to insert them into my size 14 boots. The first day was somewhat uncomfortable since they had not "Gelled" to my feet or whatever term you want to use. They've worked wonders since though. The wear and tear on my feet have minimalized and I haven't gotten blisters. I feel they somewhat make me walk with a better posture as well which is a huge plus !!
I purchased the arch support sleeves for planter fasciitis. They work for me; perfect amount of support and very comfortable sleeves (size 7.5 women’s). These are perfect to use with shoes I have with no arch support. It also allows me to walk around my house with no shoes. Will be buying more.
I frequently have foot pain, so I purchased the plantar fasciitis insoles to cushion my feet and support my arch. They slipped easily into my shoes. At first the pronounced arch support was a bit difficult to get used to, but now my feet hurt less, so I would have to say this was a good purchase.
I was having problems with a new pair of shoes causing my feet to ache after wearing them for a full day. It was becoming an issue for me. I ordered a pair of these and they saved me from ditching this pair of shoes. I did not have to trim the insoles for them to fit. They fit well and the little grippy silicone portions seem to keep the insoles in place. The only issue created by using these insoles is that my feet ride high in the shoe and I get some tightness at the top of the toe box of the shoe. I could order the thinner version but I believe I need this thickness for the overall comfort I receive. I will likely buy another pair to put another shoe.
I had to go to foot specialist...they gave me 1 (one)..of the exact same splints and charged me $20.00 for ONE!!! Do I think this is a value... yes...!!!!!
I bought these to help with a recurrence of plantar fasciitis. They do seem to be helping although it has only been about a week and a half so far. The product was shipped when they said it would and arrived well packed, no issues there.
I would have taken a picture, but i used them in a pair of closed-toed thigh high boots during my date night. They had a slight factory odor to them, but Im sure it’ll fade quickly. I mean, it’s going on your foot... you’ll never smell it outside of first opening the pack, so I’m not taking any stars for that. They are a smidge tricky to deal with on a closed toe, but it’s nothing you can’t manage. I thought the thickness would be an issue, but after walking around on them for 10-15 minutes they fit snug and comfortable to the bottom of my foot. That’s not to say that they’ll flatten easily, either. Shortly after I took my boots off I noticed that the pads thickened up again. All in all they made for a very very comfortable night in shoes that I normally have issues with after a couple hours of wear. I didn’t even notice that my feet weren’t hurting until we were on our way home. That’s how comfy these are. It felt like it was made personally for my foot. I can’t wait to order more of these for my other heels!
I have nerve damaged on my left foot, the kind that can only be corrected overtime by using good shoe support. I ordered these hoping to ease the constant pain that concentrates on the ball of my feet. I have to say it takes a bit to get used to the feeling of something else on your shoe, but it's not super uncomfortable. After wearing them all day, I had no pain on my feet by nighttime, and after a couple days, my back felt better too.I liked that it's a stretchy fabric that goes on my feet, it has enough "give" but the pads don't move around once they're on. I tried the support that goes straight on your shoes before and I think this is a way better option.THEY DO TAKE A BIT OF TIME TO PROPERLY STRETCH! So don't give up on them after one day. I have small feet and by the end of the first day I had marks from the elastic, but after a few wears, they became more comfortable. It might take some time for them to stretch on bigger feet.Overall, I think these are good to ease foot pain. The quality seems really good and I believe they're gonna last. I plan to order some of the other products this brand has to test them out too.
I received these 4 days ago and started using it immediately. Previously I felt pain from the bunions and after a long day of wearing high heels. That was the reason I explore solutions. I also do not wait too long to have to undergo a bunion surgery.
I work 24 hour shifts and my feet absolutely hurt when I get off shift. I have tried all sorts of different things to help. So far, this has made a huge difference.
I wear US11 men's shoes and bought the 11-12 for my Merrell Ventilators. These were a perfect fit and didn't require any trimming. While this was good news for me, it means it is too small for those looking for insoles in size 12. You will have to go up a size. The insoles are still too thick in my opinion. I can feel my heel rolling around a bit more versus the standard Merrell insoles (which basically are the paper thin styrofoam insoles that most shoes come with).I had to get new insoles because my Merrell insoles started to stink badly. I think they used cheap foam/fabric that wasn't treated or designed to fight odors. I don't want to sound like "my stuff don't stink" but I don't have body odors and never wear deodorant. I can wear the same socks for over a week, or run with the same pair of shoes for 800 miles and they'd still smell neutral. Yet, these Merrells were only less than 2 months old and stank to high heaven (sour/sweaty smell). The gel pads on these insoles provide some cushioning but it would have been better if it were half the thickness.Overall: 4/5 stars - a bit small for those looking to get a size 12, I didn't have to trim them at all for my US11 Merrell boots.
I really like these. Surprisingly I dont even notice I am wearing them (and everything bothers my feet)Was comfortable all day and made my toe and bunion bump feel better in my shoes. I stand all day.Not sure how they will help with any straightening as I just began wearing them. If you experience bunion pain or rubbing, completely recommend!
I have very low arches and as have found that running shoes designed for pronation control are pretty much the only shoes I can wear without having foot pain the next day. But, for work, I need to wear professional attire, and dress shoes have always been murder on my feet - even when I place over-the-counter insoles and other supports inside them. These arch supports fit great and alleviated my plantar fasciitis pain within two days of wearing them while in dress shoes, and are so much cheaper than even the pseudo-orthotics available from other manufacturers.
I walk several blocks back and forth to my university 5 days out of the week, and around campus a lot, so my feet can sometimes get annoyingly blistered too often. I wanted to try this just to see if it made my daily walk a bit easier. They're definitely worth the buy, for me at least. They cover the exact spot I get blisters, and add a bit of cushion so that there's not as much chafing. Though, they do make my feet sweat a bit more for whatever reason. Anyways, I'd recommend.
works perfect, i used heels almost everyday, this help me with my feet and I personally prefer sleep with them. I can feel how straight my finger good material and soft
These are just what I was looking for! I've tried so many other toe pads that just didn't work or were worn out too quickly. These are perfect and keep my toes comfortable all through ballet class.
Received the support sleeves very quickly and they are reasonably priced. Unfortunately for me they were a little thicker support than I needed. While I have plantar fasciitis, it was too high of an arch support to be comfortable. Having said that, the bonus Arch Support Gel Insoles were perfect! All in all, the product is well made and the material used is very soft. I just needed a little smaller gel insert. One suggestion I have is to make it removable and offer a couple different thicknesses.
I waited to review until my husband had them for a while. He works in the refineries and is on his feet all day long in steel toe boots. We are constantly buying insoles because his feet and back hurt. Since ordering these, he has stopped complaining of sciatic nerve pain, which is a big deal for him. These have lasted several months. We will be ordering more when they wear out. So thankful we found them!
Every step I take used to be painful. But these arch supports are gave me the relief I've been looking for. I used to anticipate the pain and now I can step confidently knowing that my arch supports are doing their job. My friends tell me it looked like I was walking on my tippy toes but now I walk regular. And unlike other supports that slip into your shoe, the sleve design enables you to place the support exactly where you need it and can be used with different pairs of shoes or sneakers.
I don't have a bunion, I have a hard bony growth on the joint of toe 1, but not on the outside of the foot, but between toe 1 and 2. It has been very, very painful to walk, there is sharp pain with every step.I ordered this without really expecting much, but it has greatly relieved the pain. It keeps #2 toe from aggravating the issue and it also seems to reduce pressure from the shoe when I walk.If I had to guess, I would say it has reduced pain by about 50-60%, which is a huge, unexpected and much appreciated improvement.
The insoles had a Runner's World 2019 recommendation. According the the manufacturer (Marketing Manager), these insoles are designed for those with good feet looking for some extra comfort in their athletic shoes. These are NOT for those who have foot problems. Order specific to gender. Women's insoles are not smaller men's, but insoles designed for women's feet.I am 5'10', 195 lbs, wearing Saucony Cohesion 11 wide. I only pay $30-35 for these shoes. The medium size (11-12) insole slipped into my shoe without trimming. It's cozy, but not cramped. I put the new insoles in an older pair of shoes that still have life, except that the insole was barely good for walking. I have well over 200 miles on these shoes.I was going to test them out with a 7.5 mile run, but decided to do 13.2 miles. The insoles held up and worked just fine.
I work out on my elliptical 6 days a week. I seem to lean forward on inclines. So my toes take a lot of pressure. I slip these in my socks and shoes and they are amazing! No more toe pain and my blisters are almost gone!
I have purchased 2 pairs of these. They are the only ones that I found that go around your foot rather than sitting in shoes. After much use, my first pair tore a bit. Being made from silicone, no surprise that they began to tear, they can be a bit sweaty in hot weather.
I have been using this for a one full day and I must say that I am pleased with the pain relief. I had no idea these type of products exist, but I am happy they do! Will be purchasing more.
i’ve had these caps for over a year (please note that i only train on pointe for about an hour once a week or so) and they are still holding up very well. they are my absolute favorite toe caps, and they help me a lot from sinking into my shoe (which was a big problem with my very narrow feet). they can get a little bit sweaty, but i really have no complaints with these :)
I ordered these to help with the foot pain I have been experiencing for the last couple of months. These were a great price and and fit was perfect. I have noticed an improvement in the pain after wearing for a couple weeks. Very pleased with my purchase
I have ridiculously high arches and am recovering from two separate injuries in each foot (plantar faciatis in one, so def need to take extra care of my arch for that one) so I had been looking for extra support for distance running and just normal day-to-day walking about. These give my feet a nice 'hug' and I'm very happy with them, won't go running without them now. A tip on sizing as I was unsure which to get: I measured my arch and it was right at 8" so I got the smalls, they're perfect.
Is insoles are absolutely incredible I have never felt something as comfortable as these. I bought them to help with arthritis and plantar fasciitis and it is helping with both. I have experience chronic constant foot pain for the last several years I've tried other insoles with no relief definitely worth buying I look forward to getting more pairs for other shoes as soon as possible
These are very simple to use. Stick them and they relieve the pain on the ball of your foot. I however didn't realize how difficult it could be to correctly place them. Luckily, even though they are very sticky and stay in place they are also easily movable upon first application. I moved and adjusted several times. It was easier in my open toed shoes. I bought a pair of cute boots and used the second pair in them. Serious pain in my ass to get correctly placed. When they weren't it was extremely uncomfortable. But once I finally did they were life savors!
I bought these shoe inserts because I suffered a stroke last spring and am learning to walk again. While they are not meant to assist a foot drop, they do help by giving me a lift in my heel that is easily removable and extremely comfortable! I’m so glad to have found them!
Use in my hockey skates. Couldn't find a better setup for the bump that has formed on the side of my foot from my skates. There are three different setups in the package (great deal BTW). The gel bunion that slips over the large toe is aligned in my skate, I don't even know that I have them on. They do not constrict and are washable. Perfect find!
The product arrived in a timely manner. It is exactly as advertised. If you have bunions, this product does provide a nice, soft support sleeve for them.
I have been fighting with Plantar Fasciitis for a few weeks now, but have it quite frequently. I have bought special shoes, wore shoes that I had that supposedly helped prevent/alleviate it. All to no avail. I received these and wore them for 1 shift at work and my pain was finally gone!! It supports in just the right spots. Would highly recommend
Generally I wait a bit longer to do a review but I recieved these foot pads today just in time for an event I had to attend with my daughter. I usually wear sandals because when I walk in arched shoes I tend to get alot of pain and tension in my front pads due to my nerve damage from the preassure and weight on the front of my foot. I put these pads in and the gel created a cushion relieving some of the preassure from walking in more formal shoes. I am very happy with the product because it was nice to be able to dress nicely with appropriate foot attire without having to arrive home only to feep throbbing in my feet from the preassure. And I even got a bonus second set in this box!
