I have wide feet and virtually no arch, so heels are naturally my "arch-nemesis." I can't stop with the puns. Anyway, I normally only wear them for special occasions so I didn't get to wear them out but I did wear them around the house, in the kitchen doing dishes, etc.The squishiness of the gel has a nice texture; It reminds me of those strapless stick-on bras with the cotton fronts (not the chicken cutlet kinds) and the criss cross drawstring in the middle. Anyway, the adhesive is sticky enough where you feel the product is sturdily in place but also removable if you misalign it. It's a bonus that it comes 2 per pack and that the nude color just happens to match my heels too, considering they're (open) toe.Now for the most important part, they are very comfortable! For myself and anybody else who may be a bit top heavy, the weight distribution tends to teeter a little more forward, placing even more pressure/pain on the ball of your feet, primarily between your big and second toes, leading to rubbing/friction, blisters and looking for the nearest place to sit. These are amazing and I can't wait to try them out more long-term like for the next wedding! Get itttttttt sisters.
I like that the adhesive is strong but that is also a con because you can easily move from one pair to another. It does come with two sets though. I would say it’s good if you have a certain pair you wear a lot. Also, placement is very important. Test that before removing the sticky part. it helps but could stand to be thicker.
I will wear these for a day or 2 and then my bunions won't ache for at least a month! Comfortable enough to wear with shoes but I usually wear them to bed so I don't even notice them being on and the relief is long lasting!
These sleeves offered great support. I'm able to run around the house with these on without having to wear orthotics. The only issue I have is due to my high instep. The fabric wads up on top of my foot which gets uncomfortable.
These are the second pair of this insole I have bought, because there's no going back after you've tried these. The only reason I'm buying another pair is because my old ones are finally starting to wear out after a couple of years.
Bro...I work an active job, and also run long distance and train boxing in my spare time (Youtube "Streetbeefs Uptime")Needless to say, I have all kinds of fancy boots, sneakers, and loafers for every occasion...New Balance is my favorite brand for running, especially the Minimus line for over a decade now.Anyways, over the years I have also purchased and swapped out dozens of aftermarket insoles into every shoe...always looking for the most comfort and support throughout the day.I only have one pair of these that I have been switching from shoe to shoe...and bro...they have changed my life! They are super tough, super comfortable, springy, and have yet to bottom out...even through pounding them during shifts at the airport, long distance running, and bouncing up and down during boxing. Its been about 2 or 3 months also...incredible! The dull ache I pretty much always have in my feet during the week is GONEAnyways, finally getting another pair, just to keep the good vibes going, lolthanks for this amazing product
I really like the feel of this product. The gel arch support feels good, as does the sleeve it's in. This will be very helpful for helping heal plantar fasciitis. I also like that it is easily washable, and it was able to be hidden while wearing open toe heels.
These items are soft and easy to use. They help keep toes straight, thus helping with the pain that comes with standing long periods of time. I have had them long, so can’t speak to how they hold up, but I don’t anticipate any issues either.
I have very low arches and as have found that running shoes designed for pronation control are pretty much the only shoes I can wear without having foot pain the next day. But, for work, I need to wear professional attire, and dress shoes have always been murder on my feet - even when I place over-the-counter insoles and other supports inside them. These arch supports fit great and alleviated my plantar fasciitis pain within two days of wearing them while in dress shoes, and are so much cheaper than even the pseudo-orthotics available from other manufacturers.
These actually help my feet when they begin to hurt from standing all day. I don't like wearing them in my shoes, but more when I'm lounging around the house. I'm surprised at how well it helps. Make sure you measure your feet because can be too tight if you order small.
I used this product to reduce the recent pain I feel on the balls of my feet. The pads are easy to install. Do they make a difference? Not immediately apparent. Pain seems slightly lessened in one foot. I can't feel the pads' softness, at least through my rather thick calluses.
I have a very demanding job that is very hard on my feet. I wear very uncomfortable heavy work boots. Over time I have developed plantar fasciitis which caused some of the worse pain I have ever experienced. This condition left me immobile for the most part until I found these orthotics. In just a day of wearing them i feel absolutely no pain. I don't know what I would do if I did not find these orthotics on Calceus. They are absolutely amazing!!!! Thank you VIVE HEALTH!!!!!!!
The insoles had a Runner's World 2019 recommendation. According the the manufacturer (Marketing Manager), these insoles are designed for those with good feet looking for some extra comfort in their athletic shoes. These are NOT for those who have foot problems. Order specific to gender. Women's insoles are not smaller men's, but insoles designed for women's feet.I am 5'10', 195 lbs, wearing Saucony Cohesion 11 wide. I only pay $30-35 for these shoes. The medium size (11-12) insole slipped into my shoe without trimming. It's cozy, but not cramped. I put the new insoles in an older pair of shoes that still have life, except that the insole was barely good for walking. I have well over 200 miles on these shoes.I was going to test them out with a 7.5 mile run, but decided to do 13.2 miles. The insoles held up and worked just fine.
Foot cushions are just that! Don't be afraid to use in shoes besides heels, they are just as useful in nearly all shoe types. Thickness takes awhile to get used to, but it really does help my feet feel more supported. I have some heels where I don't necessarily need comfort support for that region of my foot, but my feet slide down. These helped prevent my feet from sliding in heels. Helpful that they are reusable!
These are very simple to use. Stick them and they relieve the pain on the ball of your foot. I however didn't realize how difficult it could be to correctly place them. Luckily, even though they are very sticky and stay in place they are also easily movable upon first application. I moved and adjusted several times. It was easier in my open toed shoes. I bought a pair of cute boots and used the second pair in them. Serious pain in my ass to get correctly placed. When they weren't it was extremely uncomfortable. But once I finally did they were life savors!
I bought these for some heels I planned on wearing while as a bridesmaid in a wedding. Of course I forgot to put them in and couldn’t test them out so my mother did! She loves them! She has issues with her feet and put them in her boots. The only thing I wish is that they lasted longer. My mom shared that they gave out support within 30 days.
These have saved me after years of struggling with a broken foot with a damaged arch. I realize they may not work for everyone (because I keep pushing them to anyone I know who struggles with a broken arch). But for me when orthotics, socks and foot slings failed, these came to the rescue.
I purchased these for a friend who has plantar fasciitis and she can't stop praising these foot pads! She works in a nonprofit, community-outreach and is on her feet for hours at a time (even more so now due to the Covid-19 issue). By the end of some days, she is literally dragging her feet from pain and can barely stand upright even with having sneakers on all day. These pads have helped reduce the swelling in her feet as well as made wearing shoes on long work days comfortable again. She was also thrilled that this contains 2 pairs so that she has a pair to wear while the other is being washed. All in all, I think this was a great purchase that has really brought some comfort and relief to my friend.
This gel pad really provides softness for the ball of a foot with a neuroma. Mine is quite swollen so it feels like I'm walking with something like a lump in ball of my shoe. I haven't been able to wear my normal 1.5" heels even though they aren't very high. The toe loop on this pad helps to keep the soft gel pad in place although it can slip around in looser shoes. It doesn't bother me at all. I also ordered this brand's style that goes around the whole foot and it stays in place better. But you see it in sandal style shoes so I'm using both versions depending on what shoes I'm wearing. I compared these gel pads to Walkize pads, but those weren't nearly soft enough. I also had a hard time palcing the Walkize pads so that their ridge didn't bother my toes. These pads are easy to wash, easy to wear, and you dont' have to worry about adhesive. They provide real relief from the pain of neuromas! I'm hoping if I wear them for a few months, the inflamed nerve will go down so I won't have to wear them forever. I may be back to review them further in 6 months or so!
Purchased this product for my wife as she has 1 large bunion and a smaller one on the other foot. She has been a hairdresser for the past 46 years and stands " ALL DAY ". Even wearing proper foot products after that many years they still formed. She just wears them after work and all evening but she loves them as it has reduced the pain significantly and are very comfortable to wear.
For me the hammertoes are just beginning. The 2 worst are on my right foot middle toes. I am very young for my age, good health, no fm history so maybe this is from years of exercise. This product fits well and is comfortable. Did take me a minute to adjust to walking but feel it will keep toes inline. Hoping that may prevent more crippling.
I like to read reviews about people that are at the very least suffering similar pain/needs as me. I have a bone spur under my Achilles and a partial torn Achilles. So when I say the ball of my foot and back of my heel are hurting daily - well you get that. These are a great relief to that pain. I can actually walk normally thanks to these inserts.
These are quite comfy, and took me a tad bit to get used to, as the heels are raised over the whole foot platform. I'm also a tall person 6'2" - now it seems like I'm 6'3" ha! They do help with long periods of standing. I got a job a bit back where I was on my feet and active the whole shift, and hadn't been for quite a while, and at 270 pounds, I didn't expect my feet to hurt, but oh boy did they! Three hours into a shift my arches would cramp, and it was real agony to stay on my feet. These do seem to alleviate "some" of that, but they DO make any shoe/boot more comfortable...period.
This product definitely helped me a lot since. I work standing on my feet mostly my whole shift. Within a couple days my feet were pain free. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.
These would be perfect for a smaller person. I am a very large woman and I put alot of weight on my feet and they just didnt provide all the comfort I was looking for. Although it provided much relief on that area in my foot only for a short period because of all the weight i have to carry around. I think for a much lighter person this would be very beneficial fully.
I bought these shoe inserts because I suffered a stroke last spring and am learning to walk again. While they are not meant to assist a foot drop, they do help by giving me a lift in my heel that is easily removable and extremely comfortable! I’m so glad to have found them!
For the price these are great insoles. I'm a heavy man, about 280 pounds, and I put these in my work boots. I'm on my feet at work about 6 to 8 hours a day and before these insoles my feet would hurt after work. After these insoles they don't hurt, but still have some fatigue. I think the fatigue is just my weight and the amount of time I spend on my feet because no matter the shoe or insole my feet are tired after work. For the price, I'll be changing these up every 3 months or so to keep up the support.
I did not know what to expect from this item, but it has given my foot noticeable pain-relief. I don't know why it works like it works, but my foot definitely feels less stiff and painful, when I wear it. I put it on underneath my socks. It's very comfortable to wear. Rinse out by hand, and air dry. Sometimes hard to keep up with, so I purchased a few of them, to keep one handy.
I'm on my feet a lot and usually my back will start hurting after standing a couple of hours. I've recently moved and I've had these on while unpacking. I've been on my feet for a while and haven't felt any pain in my back. They are so comfortable and lightweight. After having them on for a few minutes I forgot I had them on.
It's been two days, and I have seen a difference in the look and feel of my inflamed joint!! Looks so much smaller and feels pretty normal!!!Would definitely recommend, especially before they get too big and painful!!!
